Electrostatic Powder Coating

Electrostatic powder coating does not contain any solvents, but levelling chemicals, pigments, hardener combinations modifiers fluency is formed by homogeneously mixing the polymer resin systems and other additives. The Electrostatic spray coating ESD (Electrostatic Spray Deposition) process is typically referred to as the metal substrate – powder onto the substrate (mixture) is used to apply the coating. This method of application, the powder particles to be sprayed onto the metal surface with a spray coating by applying electrostatic charge, and after is dried at approximately 200 degrees Centigrade.

    The advantages of electrostatic powder coating;

  • Environmentally friendly (Solvent).
  • Powder coating of paint during the polymerization process gives excellent adhesion to metal.
  • Abrasion, corrosion, provides excellent resistance to chemical effects and impacts.
  • There are numerous choices of colour and texture powders.
  • Electrostatic method; Returns a winding effect occurs and dust is coated homogeneously on the product.
  • Corners and recesses can be covered easily.
